Independence Day:
Independence Day is deeply meaningful for every Indian, bringing great pride. On August 15th, we gather at our organization, decorated with our flag’s colors. Our president raises the National flag, followed by the anthem. We honor brave freedom fighters with cultural tributes. The joyful presence of local children and shared sweet treats foster unity and celebration.
International Women’s Day
Every March 8th, we observe International Women’s Day with meaningful programs and initiatives. Through discussions, workshops, and guest speakers, we celebrate women’s achievements and advocate for gender equality. These efforts empower our members to become champions for positive change in society.
World Day Against Trafficking in Persons:
On World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, July 30th, we conduct awareness programs to educate communities about the dangers of trafficking. Through these initiatives, we raise awareness and empower individuals to recognize and combat trafficking, fostering a safer and more vigilant society committed to eradicating this grave issue.
Rajapur High School, kanayashree club
On 19th November,2024 at Rajapur High School with the partipation of the students’ member of kanayashree Club a session was held on climate change.The session was directed by Sakila Khatun,(KEYA Director) and social worker Supriya Das,Soma Das.We want to aware of the future generation to reduce the bad effects of climate change by the session.
Tri-Party Case Management (TPCM), Hingalganj Block:
On 20th September 2024, we conduct TPCM programs in the presence of Hingalganj BDO, Devdas Ganguly, BDMO,Akash babu and Savapati. Also present director Sakila Khatun,social worker Soma Das and Supriya Das, survivor leaders,Sahani Najni Khatun,Ranu Mondal,Sumana Mukherjee at 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm. According to Right violation case management of Sahani Najni khatun and Sumana Mukherjee is discussed and their basic needs and self employment also highlighted.
Tri-Party Case Management (TPCM),Hasnabad Block:
In the presence of Hasnabad Block president,Amirul Islam Gazi ,survivors leaders ,Asma Khatun,Nazma Khatun,Director (KEYA), Sakila Khatun,social worker Supriya Das and Soma Das TPCM was held on 27.11.2024 at 3.30 pm.According to Right Violation case management of Nazma Khatun and Asma Khatun is discussed.
